As the perfect complement to the owners’ beautiful historic colonial home, we built this highly functional 2 story outbuilding. The 2,400 square foot structure provides parking for 2 cars, protection for the pool mechanicals, a recreation room, and just the right amount of shade for the pool patio.
Rough-cut board and batten siding from the local mill, a galvanized metal roof, and period-correct trim details complete the project, helping provide a comfortable and familiar feel to a brand new building.
