In 2020 we decided to purchase an old farm house that was charming, but a falling apart.  Before buying the house, we called Marco Kuhn, who worked as a foreman for the renovation of our previous house in the Catskills in the late 2000’s. 

We needed a consultation of the new house before  purchasing it, and we hoped he would be the contractor on the project, should we decide to move forward with buying this property. We knew the quality of work he could deliver. 

Marco was very busy at this time (during the pandemic) and he introduced us to Robert. We liked Robert right away and were excited to work with him.

Robert and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation. Lovell-Kuhn have transformed our hundred-seventy-year-old, crumbling house into a wonderful house.

We are particularly grateful for the attention to detail that Robert showed all along. Because he carefully matched what we treasured about the house before the remodel, the house has maintained its character.

He is truly a master craftsman, and all along made great recommendations. He never settled for “almost right”. Things had to be perfect.
