Testimonial: Ling Kwan

When my husband and I were ready to rebuild our house, our architect recommended several builders for us to meet and interview. We chose Lovell and Kuhn Construction without hesitation and have never regretted that decision.

From our initial meeting, Rob and Marco patiently answered all of our questions and addressed every concern. They clearly explained the entire process and the various options available to us. Throughout the construction period, someone was always available to answer questions and resolve issues. The team paid close attention to detail and maintained a very high standard of quality. There was always someone on site to supervise the project, and any problems were handled promptly and professionally.

Billing was clear and detailed, with no unexpected expenses introduced without prior discussion and agreement. Overall, we truly enjoyed working with Rob, Roger, and the entire team. They were both personable and professional, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality builder with a well-organized and reliable team.
